You support our team as Werkstudent (m/d) Sales Process Team (for 6-12 months)

Creation and visualization of process flow and maintenance of process and e-learning documentation Support in the development of solution concepts and optimization of manual and system-based processes Conducting process analysis and ensuring consistency between ERP and non-ERP systems Working on automation projects and performing tests for new solutions Maintenance of relevant data in SAP and ensuring high data quality according to internal and legal requirements Research of new technologies and knowledge transfer support through training documents and short trainings Close cooperation with different teams within the sales department, e.g. CRM team, process team, reporting team and individual account teams

Studies with a focus on business informatics or comparable study orientation Interest in digital tools and automation (e.g. Power Automate) First experience in creating process description & optimizing processes Analytical thinking and problem-solving competence, Secure handling of MS Office & first knowledge in MS Power Platform English and German language skills in word and writing Self-employed and structured work Willingness to constantly learn new things
