Design the future of building with us! Are you ready to work at the exciting interface between our technical competence center (central technology) and the operating units? This position offers you a variety of design options in a fascinating technical environment. Network planning and construction site with the BIM method in exciting projects and bring innovations directly to the construction site. As a BIM manager, you will perform the following tasks: Manage and tax BIM projects in all planning and execution phases Our operational units and builders will advise you on the individual BIM strategy You coordinate BIM project participants and model-based cooperation (internal and external) You'll start, go through and develop our BIM processing plan You are the central contact person for the BIM method in the project and at the construction site You are happy to vote and coordinate BIM applications You take over information management for projects and the Group You design quality assurance concepts and check them regularly You recognize operational challenges and coordinate development requirements and their implementation with our innovation management Together with our innovation management, you develop new BIM standards and procedures in the Group

You have a successfully completed study in the field of civil engineering, architecture, economic engineering or project management with focus on building, or comparable training Experience in the project execution of planning and execution projects Ideally, you have experience in interdisciplinary work in cross-site teams You know yourself with BIM tools like Autodesk Revit incl. ACC/BIM360, RIB iTWO 5D, Navisworks, Solibri or Dalux knowledge and experience in agile project management are required; Experiences in moderation and presentation are advantageous You are passionate about new technologies and working methods and want to implement them directly in projects First experiences in the BIM project management and consulting are desirable You speak German and good English Responsibility, communication skills, entrepreneurial thinking, strong customer orientation and team skills complete your profile
