The BAV INSTITUT is an accredited research laboratory for food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical companies. In addition to laboratory tests, we support our customers through practical advice and training on hygiene and quality control.

Our modern BAV laboratory stands for speed, reliable results and flexibility. We achieve this through high specialization, competent staff and many years of experience. As a member of the Tentamus laboratories, we offer a wide range of microbiological and chemical investigations from a single source. You provide customer satisfaction through reliable care, quick feedback and use the feedback of our customers: You lead a team of 7 to 10 employees according to clear leadership principles, delegate tasks, keep agreements and clarify specialist questions. You improve processes, strengthen ownership and drive meaningful adjustments to customer and market requirements You evaluate results of examination (laboratory analyses), prepare opinions and carry out identification checks to advise customers You control the economy by focusing on key figures, planning your team's work forward and ensuring that the processes work efficiently and smoothly

You have a degree in science (e.g. biology, microbiology, food chemistry, biotechnology, food technology, ecotrophology) You have leadership experience You have good English skills You enjoy organization and communication, as well as a high level of commitment and ease of use
