What we plan together: We are the starting aid for the entry of new employees into the REWE world systems. Our area supports approx. 150,000 users in successfully shaping their working day in the digital applications for personnel management. We offer you the opportunity to look behind the scenes and make your working day flexible. As the first respondent, you support users in their concerns about SAP systems and applications. In our ticket systems SAP ChaRM and JIRA jonglier you are able to answer questions about various topics in the HR environment and its technical implementation. That sounds complex? Don't worry – we want to make your development possible through a comprehensive integration within our team. On our team days we meet in Cologne and otherwise we are happy to work from home.

What you do with us: You are present: You support REWE Group employees with application-specific questions about SAP HCM & SAP SuccessFactors. You have everything in mind: from personal administration to accounting and time management to the topics of learning and further development. You are in the middle of it: You master different input channels by working and implementing incoming support requests in a timely and customer-oriented manner. You show commitment: You support your team team team: in the day-to-day business, documented support cases autonomously in the wiki and are happy to learn more about this through the integration into projects. Teamwork is at the top of us: You understand yourself clearly as a team player in daily work and, together with the other work students in the team, go on a journey of knowledge in the HR and IT interface.

What convinces us: First of all, your personality: Whether from home or in the office – your curiosity and solution-oriented way scores both in the team and in the enquiries of the different departments. You are open to new topics and like to face new challenges. You're getting involved: you're asking for help, and you're also offering your helpfulness in the team. Asking questions is a matter of course for you. You are passionate about personal processes and IT systems. You are familiar with the popular MS Office products, ideally you have first SAP knowledge. You are full-time enrolled in a study of economics, computer science, communication sciences or comparable and are available for at least 2 semesters.
