As a technical property manager (m/w/d) you will ensure the frictionless technical operation of our exciting properties. You coordinate maintenance measures and provide professional support for the objects. Monitoring and safeguarding of the technical state of the building, including regular objects, documentation and derivation of technical measures Coordination of maintenance and repair measures up to EUR 75,000 net in close coordination with colleagues from other teams such as Project Managers of the Team Maintenance and Development Control and control of external service providers in the framework of legal operator obligations, including quality assurance and defect tracking Support for budget and measure planning and the optimization of technical operating and management concepts Coordination of external partners such as craftsmen, experts and insurance representatives Monitoring of technical standards and regulators for the continuous development of object operation

Technical training in the field of TGA, Facility Management, Supply Technology or Building Management and similar or corresponding completed studies in the technical field At least two years of professional experience in technical object care or in technical building management Knowledge of the overall coordination and control of service providers High technology affinity as well as pronounced problem-solving and communication competence Designed customer and service orientation combined with a structured and quality-conscious way of working Secure handling of MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint) Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
