Your tasks:

• They take over a 50/50 activity in the area of warehouse and production kitchen and thus ensure a smooth run between goods receipt and production.

• They organize the daily receipt of goods.

• They control and collect the incoming goods.

• They are responsible for the professional storage of the goods and the monitoring and maintenance of stocks.

• They commission the required goods for production and thus ensure a smooth flow of material.

• In the production kitchen, you actively support the preparation by weighing, providing and taking over ingredients according to specifications.

• By acting at any time, you ensure compliance with the highest hygiene and quality standards in accordance with HACCP throughout the entire storage and production area.

Your profile:

• They ideally have a completed training in the field of warehouse logistics or as a cook/metzger/baker - alternatively bring You have several years of relevant professional experience.

• They bring physical resilience and fitness to safely master the requirements of the camp day.

• An independent, conscientious and team-oriented way of working distinguishes you.

• You are familiar with the safe handling of computer-assisted work equipment.

• A valid forklift certificate is desirable, but no condition.
