Hardware Product Owner / Hardware Developer – AC-Ladesysteme (m/f/d)

Product portfolio management: You take care and the continuous, future-oriented development of our AC charging system portfolio. Requirement & Obligation: You analyze and collect all relevant product and customer requirements, document them in structured issues and agree with the stakeholders as a binding basis for development. Design of electrical systems: You plan and dimension low-voltage main distributions (NSHV), subdistributions and data distribution systems at the location, select components and select the system architecture together with documentation. Interface Function & Sales Support: As a central contact person, you answer internal and external questions in the AC area. In addition, you analyze AC customer invitations and deliver product suggestions for the sales team. Document & Norm Management: You create, update and release product documents (CE explanations, operating and maintenance instructions etc.). New national and international standards analyse gaps and initiate compliance projects. Project management & development: You control AC projects from definition to market launch (time, budget, quality). You take part developments yourself or work closely with colleagues and external partners. Examination & Reporting: You accompany certification processes to release and continuously report on project status and risks to the Lead Hardware Development team.

Vocational training: A successfully completed study in the field of electrical engineering, industrial engineering, energy technology or a comparable, well-founded technical qualification. Expertise & Product know-how: deep knowledge of the technical function, system architecture and components of AC charging columns. Ideally, you could already gain relevant experience in e-mobility. Regulatory Competence: Found experience with CE marking, relevant IEC and EN standards as well as common market-oriented approval requirements. Project Management & Tools: Versified use of project methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban or classic) and safe handling of technical editorial tools for the precise processing of complex content. Working methods & analytics: A strong analytical mindset to quickly penetrate market needs. You like to work independently, are flexible and go on themes proactively. Communication & Language: You are strong in communication and moderation with purchasing, sales and authorities. You have knowledge of German and good English (at least B2)
