Head of Field Service Network Operations (a*)

Your main tasks include the professional and disciplinary leadership of an external service team of the network operation. The high level of supply quality is guaranteed and is responsible for the installation within the meaning of VDE 0105-100 and DGUV Regulation 3. Creating, tuning and monitoring training plans for subject-specific topics is one of your tasks. You control the subject-specific topics at construction and operating sites, including dealing with the topics of occupational safety, hazardous materials, customer satisfaction and management systems. You conduct cross-disciplinary projects. In addition, you participate in the call readiness service and thus make sure that the interference is also done outside the regular work time. In a team with three heads, you work closely with your colleagues to ensure smooth operations. As a contact person for internal areas and external partners, you can be reached by phone, email and in writing. Reports and processes in our systems, including SAP and CRM, you collect, process and follow. Create, edit and manage documents and documents for the running operation.

A completed training for the state-tested technician (a) or You have successfully completed Master (a) in the field of electrical engineering. First leadership experience you bring. Multiannual professional experience as well as solid knowledge of the components and the operation of energy supply networks in the mentioned area of responsibility are ideally brought along.
