Your tasks as a real estate businessman:

• proper care of the rental units
• execution of appointments, e.g. housing advances, removals and transfers in accordance with the applicable lease agreements
• Implementation of correspondence with tenants, interested parties and contractual partners
• Ensuring optimal management results
• Monitoring plan values according to budget
• Support for the implementation of renovation, new construction, modernisation and repair measures
• Grant of orders for repair and maintenance
• Complete settlement of leases from the justification until termination

Your knowledge and skills:

• Complete training as a real estate businessman or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in housing
• Computer skills
• Technical understanding
