The area of data, artificial intelligence and automation is responsible in the IT department for the establishment of a modern data platform for the VGH association, the provision of technologies for automation of processes based on workflow engines, robots and artificial intelligence, as well as the establishment of modern workplace systems.

Identification and analysis of potential RPA areas and process optimization for automation solutions in close cooperation with specialist departments, IT coordinators and business analysts Conception, development and integration of complex RPA solutions (especially with UiPath) into existing IT landscapes, including comprehensive test performance (plausibility, functionality, performance, quality) and continuous optimization of existing automation processes Step by step take over the project management as a developer lead with responsibility for the technical development of the RPA landscape Responsibility for operation, maintenance and continuous development of existing bots including monitoring and reporting to ensure performance and availability Ensuring quality standards and compliance requirements through reviews of RPA bot documentation and moderation of retrospectives after productive start Active stakeholder management with specialist departments in the insurance association and support of business analysts in calculating the return on investment (ROI) for clients as well as regular reporting to management mentoring of junior developers and knowledge transfer in the team as well as advice on methodological and strategic questions about RPA development

Complete study of (economic) informatics or comparable qualifications such as e.g. Application development or system integration At least three years of experience in the automation of processes using RPA, preferably with UiPath Experience in IT project management Understanding business processes in the insurance environment (harm, performance, contract, sales) Good understanding of IT infrastructure, services and architectures as well as high interest in actively shaping and developing them Quick conception and pronounced analytical and conceptual skills Funded knowledge with VB.Net and PowerShell are absolutely necessary, knowledge in .NET/C#, SQL, Python or JavaScript are desirable Know-how is desirable in the API-based integration of the UiPath connectors (for Control-M and CI/CD environments as well as with GIT or Jenkins), in the Process Mining or Orchestrator environments Experience with statistical data analysis and process modeling Impressed team spirit as well as a high degree of self-initiative, self-motivation and readiness to use Impressed communication skills and address-oriented communication of complex technical issues Structured working and high quality awareness with joy of agile working Willingness to actively accompany change processes, combined with resistance and conflictability, high enforcement capability and pronounced problem-solving competence
