Caretaker service staff (m/f/d)

♪ We are currently looking for: Teamleiter (m/w/d) in Köln

♪ For Köln-Dellbrück we are looking for a motivated master/object manager (m/w/d)

These are your tasks

• You work in Cologne-Dellbrück with a master house service
• You do easy crafting in multi-family houses and residential areas
• They take damage and report it to their home administration
• They are responsible for cleaning the outdoor areas of the residential areas
• You carry out the care of the green areas conscientiously (grain mowing, hedge cutting, etc.)

In winter you are responsible for the winter service

This will bring you

Experience as a master/master helper or in object care

A passenger car license would be advantageous
