After intensive integration, as a construction manager at GOLDBECK, in cooperation with a project manager (m/w/d), you take responsibility for the complete processing of a construction site in the Stuttgart region. Our products include commercial buildings, car parks, office buildings and schools. You take over the following main tasks: Responsible building management for exciting, regional projects including all works Professional seizure of quantity, quality, dates and costs (by incorporating lean management and BIM technologies) Participation in the tendering and awarding of post-contracting services Own-responsible billing of construction services Preparation of customer acceptance and project support during the warranty period

Successful degree in architecture or civil engineering or technicians (m/w/d) with professional experience Professional experience in the construction of turnkey commercial properties desirable Knowledge in the fields of VOB, design and construction Secure handling of MS Office, tendering and scheduling programs Good communication capability, independent and structured functioning and enforcement capability
