Resolve content, inventory, or other customer problems and perform the needed corrections and adjustments to our product Manage customer email requests promptly and professionally to uphold advertiser satisfaction Proactively call hoteliers that have contacted us to solve issues directly and follow up on missing payments Maintain documentation of customer inquiries in Salesforce and issue resolution for future reference Identify issues and cooperation with the teams and stakeholders Participate in impactful special projects that enhance the operational effectiveness of the Partnerships team What you'll learn: How to enhance your problem-solving abilities by investigating and resolving issues for hoteliers Technical and industry knowledge to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues

Be an adaptable team player with a positive and service-oriented approach to work Experience in both independent and collaborative work Current enrollment at a university in the Düsseldorf area Availability to work 20 hours per week and ability to commute to campus twice a week Proficiency in Microsoft Office e.g. Word, Excel Native-level proficiency in German + fluency in English Stand out with: Previous experience in customer service or similar roles would be compromise Any additional foreign language skills Worried about missing a few requirements?
