They are responsible for the support and further development of our internal IT infrastructure and act as a technical contact for our emergency call control center for all software and system-related issues. In your role, you can configure, maintain and develop our mobile video surveillance systems as well as devices for mobile perimeter protection. These include, in particular, IP cameras from Mobotix and AXIS manufacturers, mobile routers, controllers, and container-based applications based on modern virtualization technologies.

A pronounced analytical thinking capacity and a solution-oriented approach are indispensable in this function. You will receive a sound incorporation into our internally developed video analysis platform as well as into the specific system topology and device architecture of our security solutions.

The activity is mainly carried out in the context of internal system support at our site Würzburg. Occasional external inserts – for example for eliminating interference from our mobile systems – are possible and are carried out with proprietary vehicles.

• Analysis and solution of complex technical inquiries or disturbances from 1st to 3rd level support for our employees, emergency call control and our technology
• Mobile Device Management (MDM) management and administration
• setup and maintenance of Microsoft 365 (user management, teams, Exchange Online etc.)
• Network Management and Configuration with Unifi and Sophos components
• Establishment and support of microcomputer systems (Raspberry Pi, Arduino and comparable platforms) as embedded devices with container-based Docker applications
• Implementation and maintenance of video surveillance systems Parametrization of AI-assisted video analysis, alarming behavior, etc.
• Development, configuration and documentation of our mobile perimeter protection devices.
• documentation of technical processes, cooperation with device development and transfer to downstream support levels or users.
• Support for IT projects and continuous improvement of system landscape

Your profile

• independent, structured work and high problem solving competence
• Affinity for automation, embedded systems and network technology
• Complete training or studies in the field of computer science/system integration, IT system technology or a comparable qualification
• Knowledge of system integration, network technology and device configuration
• Experience in configuration of firewalls and network technology, optimal experience with sophos and unifi
• Experience in 3rd level support or in similar areas with high technical depth
• Experience with M365 environments and MDM solutions
• Experience with the integration, configuration and maintenance of home automation components or similar system automations
• Knowledge of the configuration and use of Docker, Raspberry Pi, Arduino
• Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
