This is what we expect as a damage manager (m/w/d):

• Efficient damage processing: customer-oriented processing of motor vehicle and liability damage for commercial customers (commercial, craft, fleet management).
• Business process processing: handling simple and complex damages and checking insurance and liability.
• Negotiating competence: Professional negotiations with parties in case of damage.
• Service-oriented tasks: earnings and service-oriented processing according to Allianz standards in Germany.
• Team organisation: Self-organized telephone planning.

You're doing this as a damage manager (m/w/d):

• Education: Completed training as a merchant/buyer for insurance and financial facilities or comparable commercial qualification.
• Experience and expertise: Good knowledge and practical experience in the processing of force damage desirable.
• Service readiness and consulting competence: joy in customer contact and telephone consultation.
• Communication strength: Well-maintained expression and independent working in German.
• Adaptation and technology competence: High readiness for change and safe handling of computer systems.
• Innovation joy: openness for creative and innovative solutions as well as joy in dealing with pioneering technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal chatGPT.
