Your New Task

• Planning participation, Implementation and Evaluation Person-centric support for adult people with mental and/or physical disabilities
• Asssistance and Assistance of residents to as independent as possible life management and promotion of personal development and social participation
• Implementation of the individual participation plans of residents and documentation of development
• Fachspecific and cross-disciplinary cooperation** within the individual networks of residents and other process participants
• Implementation of care activities and organization or administrativer
• Documentation

Your profile

(m/w/d), Heilerziehungspfleger (m/w/d) or comparable qualification

• Experiences, Engagement and Freude accompanied by people with disabilities
• Personnel-centric work in the support and consultation process
• Various pedagogical methods and "tool competence"
• A reliable and flexible Personality that takes responsibility and cooperates in the team constructive
• Willingness to work in shift service (no subservices)
• A routined approach to the standard software of the MS Office package
• Remarkable is the membership of a Christian church belonging to the working community of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany

• Attractive remuneration according to AVR.DD/CJD EG 7 (1.446,60 – 1.515,81 € for 15 hours/week and depending on the professional experience)
