Individual social pedagogical accompaniment of young people in the transition school – profession Support for personal, social and professional problems Implementation of individual and group talks (max. 6 participants per group) Development and updating of funding and integration plans Crisis intervention and stabilisation during training Close cooperation with companies, vocational schools, network partners and cost companies Documentation of measures and participation developments Participation in language courses, network work and project organization

Completed studies in one of the following areas: Social education / Social work Medical education, rehabilitation education or special education Or alternative: related courses (e.g. education, psychology) with relevant educational focus State-recognized educator, nurse or work educator + min. 1 year of professional experience with the target group (over the last 5 years)
