IT Service Operations Management Process responsibility & further development: You take over the process industry for incident and request management as well as for the problem management of IT and continuously develop it Analysis & Control: You regularly analyze IT metrics, conduct optimization measures and agree closely with the specialist areas for the sustainable improvement of service quality Major Incident Management: You coordinate Major Incidents in a structured and targeted manner in cooperation with the participating departments and ensure transparent communication SLA & Reporting: You participate in building and developing Service Level Agreements and design meaningful dashboards to control IT services Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: You document processes comprehensible and carry out training to anchor standards and processes in a sustainable manner in the company IT identity management System Responsibility & Data Quality: You are responsible for the IT identity infrastructure and ensure the consistency and quality of the underlying data Monitoring & Process Development: You continuously monitor and develop identity and IT-side personnel processes System administration & solution setup: You manage the identity management system and build application solutions for automation and optimization of authorization and user processes on Project work: You participate in IT projects - partly also in a leading role - and brings your expertise into cross-departmental projects Interface clarification: You will clarify vulnerabilities and questions together with the relevant disciplines and ensure pragmatic, sustainable solutions

Qualification: You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or a comparable qualification IT Service & Process Understanding: You have analytical and process skills and a good understanding of IT service management structures Conception & Technology: You bring conceptual strength and a sound IT technical understanding, especially in the context of identity management solutions Working & Personality: You work proactively and independently, communicate openly and clearly and implement topics with the necessary enforcement strength Methodological knowledge: Basic knowledge in the field of FitSM and identity management are desirable
