Total responsibility for the organization and smooth operation of the MIZU ONSEN SPA Leadership, motivation and further development of the SPA team Creation of service and personnel deployment planning Implementation of team meetings and employee and development talks Ensuring highest quality, service and hygiene standards Coordination and optimization of treatment and application dates Ensuring order, cleanliness and optimal equipment of all spa, massage and fitness areas Professional advice from our guests on applications and high-quality toiletries Active promotion of product and application sales and further development of sales strategies Responsibility for orders, goods management and regular inventory Participation in budget planning and control of the relevant SPA key figures Organisation and control of laundry and goods logistics Training of employees Continuous development of our SPA offerings, processes and standards Close cooperation with the other departments of the hotel for a high-quality guest experience

Multiannual professional experience in the upscale hotel industry, ideally in the spa or wellness area Founded leadership experience and joy in managing and developing a team Embossed organizational design and a structured, independent working High quality and service awareness as well as a good sense of the needs of our guests Safe, professional appearance and a well-kept appearance Enforcement, Responsibility and Decision Strength Loadability and flexibility in varied SPA everyday Embossed team skills as well as a motivating and value-adding way Pleasure to lead, promote and achieve goals together Willingness to cooperate closely and constructively with other departments Positive personality and active contribution to a professional working climate
