As an owner-managed construction company based in Emsland, our client has been developing and implementing sustainable large-scale projects in modern modular design for over 25 years. With around 50 employees, their own production sites and an exceptionally strong order situation, the company is now one of the innovative pioneers of its industry.

In order to actively shape further growth, we are looking for a building calibrator (m/w/d), which economically accompanies demanding building projects such as schools, kindergartens or public institutions and, together with sales, planning, production and project management, provides the basis for successful projects.

Your role You already accompany projects in an early phase and create the basis for economically successful and technically feasible modular construction projects with their costing. You work closely with internal specialist departments as well as external partners and actively contribute to the development of modern, sustainable construction concepts.

The speciality: A large part of the works are prefabricated within own production processes. This results in other, highly structured processes compared to classical construction – with a lot of technical requirements and exciting interfaces between planning, production and construction practice.

Calculation of challenging timber and module construction projects in public building Creation of quotations and project calculations Analysis of tender documents and performance directories Close cooperation with sales, architecture, project management and production Coordination with subcontractors and suppliers Collection and evaluation of offers from external partners Support in procurement negotiations and project transfers Continuous optimization of costing and supply processes

Experience in the calculation of construction projects Ideally knowledge in public building and/or VOB Studies in the field of civil engineering, civil engineering or similar Structured and analytical methods Safe handling of tenders and performance directories Communication strength and team capacity Interest in sustainable and modern construction concepts
