Technical Environmental Protection Specialist (m/f/d)

Key tasks: Technical participation in the implementation of the Federal Immission Protection Act and the Bayer. Immission protection laws and regulations, regulations and notices adopted thereto Special professional responsibility for regulatory approval procedures Monitoring of environmentally relevant enterprises Technical processing of construction planning, burials and permits including Examination of external expert opinions Treatment of complaints and requests Implementation and evaluation of sound level measurements Processing of technical questions concerning environmental inputs, complaints and opinions in judicial proceedings

Requirements profile: Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Qualification level of the field of natural science and technology, field of engineering and environmental management, field of technical environmental protection OR Compliance with the requirements to be trained for the described qualification: Completed studies (Dipl.-Ing. FH or Bachelor) of the Departments Environmental Technology, Environmental Protection, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Similar Fields General conditions for recruitment (age limit of 45 years not exceeded, health suitability, constitutionality, German nationality or another Member State of the European Union) willingness to complete the preparatory service for the above-mentioned qualification in the civil service for revocation

Good knowledge of common computer programs (MS-Office) You work independently, have readiness to take responsibility, resilience, team capacity, good communication skills in word and writing, convincing appearance, negotiation skills and organizational talent, and the ability to act independently Unrestricted suitability and readiness for external services and valid driving licence of class B

For applicants (m/w/d) who do not yet have the right to compete: before the completion of the preparation service, an employment as a collective employee (m/w/d) in the remuneration group E10 TV-L, full time a qualified and varied training through the performance of a 15-month preparatory service in the civil service for revocation (starting expected 01.01.2028) After successful completion of the qualification examination at the end of the preparation service, there is the possibility of taking over into the official's relationship to sample with entry into the grade A10 of the Bavarian grade order
