Ideally, you are already certified service consultant (m/w/d) or car master (m/w/d) with sales potential. Alternatively, you have technical or commercial vocational training in automotive trade and want to further develop in the service consulting sector.

You are characterized by a high customer and service orientation as well as pronounced communication strength.

You work structured, solution-oriented and keep an overview even in challenging situations.

Ideally, you have knowledge of manufacturer-specific IT systems in the service process.

Teamwork is of course for you. At the same time, you bring your own initiative, think solution-oriented and start new tasks open and committed.
