CNC / CAM Programmer for Medical Technology (m/f/d)

Programming, optimization and introduction of CNC programs directly to the machines to ensure stable and efficient production processes Optimization of existing production processes with focus on quality, costs and throughput times Accompanying components from initial sampling to series maturity including support for new products Conducting tests and feasibility analyses to evaluate processes and components Roughs of machines and active participation in daily production Training and support of colleagues in programs, setup and manufacturing processes Active cooperation in continuous improvement processes and cross-departmental cooperation with process planning and cooperation in project teams

Required qualifications Complete technical training as well as further training as technician or master Experience in CNC programming, ideally directly at the machine Good practical basic and application experience with CNC controls (e.g. Siemens Sinumerik 840D, Mitsubishi or Fanuc)Safe handling of Creo Parametric Self-employed, structured and practical working methods High quality awareness and strong responsibility Teamability and joy in cooperation in the production environment Preferred qualifications Experience in optimizing manufacturing processes Continuing training for technicians or masters
