Responsibility for object management and object development, including the implementation of decisions Preparation, implementation and preparation of WEG assemblies, including protocol management Organisation and administration of office operations Correspondence with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, service providers, consultants and business partners Monitoring and commissioning of maintenance, repair and rehabilitation measures

Ideally relevant experience as WEG manager:in (at least 1 year) First experience in these areas of activity Friendly and open appearance as well as communication strength Teamability, safe occurrence and enforcement capability Interest in digitalization and joy in shaping new processes Class B driving licence
