Shift Supervisor - Team Leader - Technical Supervisor - Maintenance Team (Human)

You are the captain of the maintenance team, coordinate tasks and set priorities with ease. You carry out daily, weekly and monthly maintenance – planning and spontaneity are your strengths. You take responsibility for extraordinary repairs if the team manager is not on site. You manage spare parts, perform inventory and handle our corona system perfectly. You support the team manager in the continuous risk assessment of all rides. Together, their service and maintenance operations are planning to minimize failures and guarantee maximum performance. After each maintenance you analyze processes and identify potential for improvement. Order and cleanliness belong to you in the workshop and the outdoor areas – an ordered workplace is of course for you.

You have a strong understanding of technology and first experience in maintenance or maintenance. You have leadership skills and can motivate and coordinate a team. Security standards are of course for you, and you are familiar with PSA and system backup. You are flexible and keep a cool head even in unexpected challenges.
