Your tasks: You advise students on all financial questions and offer them tailor-made products and services within the framework of the S Financial Concept You accompany students through the different phases of their studies – from start to end of their studies. You will see yourself as a financial companion and ensure a smooth running of finance You advise around the current account and offer different solutions depending on the customer situation (e.g. credit cards, MRP credit) You promote the use of our digital offerings such as online banking, app, WERO, photo transfer and other innovative tools that facilitate student life You talk to your customers about securities themes, show concrete solutions (e.g. decade products, securities savings plans) and build a basis for your customers:inside, for long-term asset building You advise on loans (e.g. S-Autokredit, Sparkassen-Privatkredit, KfW-Studienkredit) and help students find the funding options that suit them You actively address the issue of insurance – from liability insurance to occupational disability insurance to car insurance – and guide the students to our specialist if necessary: Your profile: You have a successfully completed training as a banker (m/w/d) Ideally, a further training to the Sparkassenfachwirt (m/w/d) for customer consulting – or the willingness to retrieve this timely You have gained first experience in private customer consulting at a credit institution, e.g. during your training or studies If you are currently studying, we will be happy to support you and provide you with a flexible job in part time that can be agreed with your studies You bring a high level of service orientation and consulting skills and enjoy finding solutions for your customers You have a strong sales orientation and enjoy the advice and sale of financial products You are safe in dealing with digital media and social networks You have a good understanding of the needs of students or are willing to train yourself in this area
