The Stiftung Nieder-Ramstädter Diakonie (NRD) has been supporting people for 125 years. The “Children, Youth and Family” division of the Nieder-Ramstädter Diakonie combines offers of integration aid and youth assistance under one roof. We are looking now (or later) Deputy Head of Kita (m/w/d) for our family center Kita Kinderest in Dieburg Between tradition and eruption The children's nest, a place for children and families for over 50 years, has been moved to a new building in 2022. With the doubling to 6 groups and about 40 employees and Azubis, our responsibility for inclusion and individual promotion also grows, and 10 permanent, reserved integration places contribute to this. You are a contact person for the children and their caregivers in the smaller and larger topics of everyday life. You lead, motivate and develop the team together with the Kita leadership and are responsible for the current daily events of the facility. You actively shape the started process of Kita reorientation, develop conceptual focuses together and secure the educational standards together. For municipalities, specialist supervision and other network partners, you are contact person*in with the Kita management. In agreement with the Kita management, you also take over management activities and/or parts of the personnel management permanently and independently. Together with the field management, other Kita lines and deputy Kita lines You actively participate in the framework of the area.

You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an educator in or curative teacher in, a study of social work, social pedagogy, (children) pedagogy or medical education (m/w/d). You have at least 5 years of professional experience in a kita. Ideally, you already have experience in the area of deputy leadership. The deputy Kita line in the Kita Kinderest with two U3 groups, four inter-age groups and 10 permanently held integration places as well as a job key on the minimum standards of the KiFöG (20% preparation time).
