They support our team as Quality Engineer (m/d)

They continuously monitor, analyze and improve product quality, including fault treatment, reject reduction and the initiation of corrective and immediate measures. They carry out data analyses (e.g. committee numbers, quality situation) and create reports to support quality control. They moderate and guide methodically interdisciplinary teams to analyze causes, identify errors and develop improvements. They ensure consistent handling and traceability of suspicious materials and compliance with quality standards in material flow. You create, update and control production documents such as the Production Steering Plan (PLP) and the Operations Manuals (OPI), including communication with process technology. They act as an interface between quality assurance and production and train and support employees in terms of quality requirements and standards. They monitor, evaluate and improve processes through the use of statistical methods, support process changes and initiate measures for continuous improvement (KVP).

They have technical master or technician training or completed technical studies. They have at least 5 years of professional experience in the quality management of the automotive industry. They have good knowledge of the current MS Office programs and SAP. Ideally, you have product knowledge in the areas of air springs, elastomer processing and automotive core tools. They have good technical problem solving capabilities. They communicate safely in German and English. They have good moderation capabilities.
