You actively shape the further development of the MSI Accounting and Payment Service. You analyse requirements in the area of payment processing and financial accounting and transfer them to sustainable, scalable and secure solutions. You can help our support team solve 2nd and 3rd level support questions. You create requirements documents and concepts and agree on them in the team with the aim of increasing customer benefits and developing the service. You are responsible for the acceptance of the requirements implemented by software development. You analyze and document existing processes and introduce ideas for redesign, optimization and troubleshooting regarding the created products and processes. You support the design of the product roadmap as well as the reports on development progress and the planning of required prioritizations.
You have a degree or a comparable qualification. You have experience in the field of request management taking into account agile methods such as Scrum or KANBAN. You have technical understanding and can understand and classify topics from software development. You have fun in complex and technical topics. You have a structured, solution-oriented operation and communication strength. You have a pronounced number affinity and analytical thinking. You have ideally knowledge of Fibu processes.
