Key role in the global transformation program UPLIFT E2E Business & IT Transformation in the process Record-to-Report End-to-end responsibility for the harmonisation and standardization of processes in the field: Accounts Receivable Bank accounting Intercompany Accounting Further development of the debitor and in particular the banking processes Further development of intercompany processes with a focus on RRICB and RRB Ensuring integration to adjacent E2E processes: Lead-to-Cash (L2C) – especially Accounts Receivable Management Source-to-Pay (S2P) – in the Intercompany context Control of complex interfaces between accounting, controlling, IT and sales Head of the Workstreams Account Receivable & Intercompany within the Finance Transformation Close cooperation with the department as a business process owner as well as support for the department in process adaptations and optimizations in the operational business

Successfully completed studies in business management, business informatics or a comparable qualification – ideally focusing on finance, accounting or controlling. At least 5 years of professional experience in the management or active co-design of SAP transformation projects in the finance/controlling environment. Alternatively: Long-term experience in auditing or accounting/controlling with deep reference to material accounting and product cost calculation. Funded knowledge in SAP FI/CO as well as very good knowledge of adjacent modules (PP, SD etc.). Impressed business understanding, in particular in accounting, controlling and evaluating value flows with focus on: Debitor accounting Bank accounting Intercompany processes Professional or consulting experience in an industrial company focusing on manufacturing, maintenance or maintenance. Experience in managing interdisciplinary project teams and stakeholder management. High self-initiative, enforcement and strategic thinking. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
