Civil engineer / architect as project manager in the data center (m/f/d)

Your team The Constructions & Security (ConSec) team of the Data Center Management (DCM) department is responsible for the planning, construction, operation, maintenance, maintenance and documentation of the building constructions and security techniques of IPB and its customers. The team DCM ConSec plans all necessary structural and organizational measures and controls and controls their implementation by suppliers. Furthermore, DCM ConSec provides various services for internal and external customers such as logistics, consulting, project management and documentation.

As project manager*in the team DCM ConSec, you plan, calculate, tax and document smaller and larger construction projects to expand and renew colocations areas and supply and security infrastructures in the data centers. As part of the construction projects, you are responsible for meeting the dates, costs and quality as well as the relevant regulations. To this end, you coordinate / communicate with architects, authorities and suppliers (statters, fire protection engineers etc.) and attend the construction projects from the design to the completion. Graduate in the field of civil engineering, architecture, degree to the state-tested technician (m/w/d) or comparable degree First professional experience in the planning and implementation of construction projects, ideally in the RZ environment / with focus on the stated tasks Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (e.g. DIN standards, HOAI, VOB) Experience with project management tools like OpenProject Willingness to question existing processes and standards and continuously optimize them High levels of analytical and conceptual skills as well as independent working Business thinking and acting Good organizational talent and stress resistant under time pressure Good communication and conflictability as well as knowledge in escalation management PC identifiers (MS Office, MS VISIO, CAD software) driving licence
