The task area

• You advise and advise our existing customers on software products and licensing issues
• You accompany our customers through the entire supply phase
• You are the first customer to contact Software & Cloud Products
• Your relationship and communication to the customer does not end with the conclusion of the contract, as you work proactively and charmingly in expanding your relationship with customers and manufacturers
• You act as an interface between customers, manufacturers and internal departments

• In order to further develop your skills, you regularly take part in training (also with manufacturers) and assign certifications

• You work closely with our colleagues in the field service

Knowledge and skills

• You have a completed professional training or study
• In the R Sales Service or as a Process Manager R have you already collected (multiannual) professional experience
• You live the word "team player"

• Flowing German and English skills are not a topic for you

• French knowledge would be great, but no need
• You have a sense of customer needs and testify to your sympathetic Art
• Knowledge of software and licensing topics are not a must-have, but would be a big plus point

• You have good Excel shots, already experience with Navision or Dynamics365? What are you waiting for?

• You have a fast task

• You have a pronounced problem-solving principle

• You are not afraid to take the phone listener in your hands and to have an unpleasant conversation with the customer/partner
