F&B Manager (m/f/d)

Total operational and economic responsibility for the areas of restaurant, bar and breakfast service with direct line of reference to the hotel director Head of the R&B team and economic deployment planning together with the R&B department managers Management, promotion and development of the R&B team and economic service planning in cooperation with the R&B department managers High service quality and direct proximity to the guest for a convincing guest experience Responsibility for Budget Forecast and Sales with Cost Control and Supplier Negotiations Conceptual implementation of menus and drinks cards in the team and planning seasonal actions Ensuring compliance with HACCP, occupational safety and legal requirements

Multiannual leadership experience in the R&B sector, ideally in hotel industry or gastronomy Funded operational and economic experience in R&B management Sovereignty and overview in stressful situations with high resilience Leadership with empathy, clarity and motivation as well as high team orientation Embossed guest orientation and solution-oriented thinking
