Own-responsible implementation of construction projects in road and civil engineering taking into account the economic and technical objectives Organisation of construction planning and monitoring and control of results Responsible for personnel, equipment and material disposition Costing and Acquisition of Own Projects, Supply Processing and Consulting of Customers with regard to Advantageous Technical Solutions Organisation and implementation of construction meetings, follow-up design and negotiation

Completed studies in civil engineering or alternatively completed construction-related training and further qualification (e.g. technician/street engineer) and multi-year professional practice Knowledge and experience in building law and VOB as well as in contracting, costing and after-contracting Entrepreneurial thinking, commitment, reliability and negotiation skills Team spirit, enforcement ability and an independent, careful working style Good user knowledge of MS Office Good to very good German skills
