Procurement Manager HR & Professional Services (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the strategic and operational procurement of HR Services and Professional Services and accompany purchase projects from the demand requirement to the conclusion of the contract. Calls for tenders, comparisons of offers and negotiations take place independently and ensure the best economic solution for the company. You control existing supplier relationships, support escalation and continuously work to optimize costs, quality and service levels. In close cooperation with HR, Finance and other departments, you will advise on procurement topics and support the selection of suitable service providers. Contracts are created, audited and managed by you as well as tracked their compliance. You analyse expenditure, identify savings and implement them together with the specialist areas. In addition, you support the development of purchasing processes, the use of digital procurement systems and the implementation of compliance requirements.

You have several years of professional experience in operational or strategic purchasing, ideally in the context of HR Services, Professional Services or other indirect procurement categories. You have profound experience in the implementation of tenders, price negotiations and contract management. You work structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented and implement tasks consistently until completion. In dealing with stakeholders, you can also convince on a senior level with pronounced communication strength, consulting skills and safe occurrence. Data-based decisions make you safe and translate analyses into comprehensible action recommendations for the business. Experiences with SAP, Ariba or comparable procurement systems are advantageous. You can control German and English in a safe manner and move safely in an international environment.
