As Regional Representative for Air Rescue & Application Communications (w/m/d) Region North for Rescue Service and Operation Communications, you shape the future of Air Rescue in the North. In this versatile position, you work closely with control centers and rescue services, develop operational strategies and contribute significantly to the quality of emergency medical care in the region. You are the connecting interface between air rescue stations and deployment sites and actively shape the deployment communication. Rescue Collaboration – You are responsible for creating reports on deployments and geographical distribution. In addition, you opt for operational and strategic cooperation with management bodies as well as regional and preclinical partners. The implementation of customer satisfaction evaluations (including key points) is also part of your area. Training and training – You will conduct regional and supra-regional lectures on training and training for rescue staff and partner organisations. Ensuring operational deployment communication with the control centers – You are the contact person (w/m/d) for control centers and air rescue stations in digital radio issues as well as in expanding alarm functions. You're planning to build contacts to responsible locations in the BOS-Funk area. You act as a professional contact for Rescuetrack. Committee work and market observation - Engaged participation in relevant associations, bodies and working groups to strengthen our interests and promote exchange. You are responsible for the continuous observation and sound analysis of the market situation, including detailed competition analyses. Participation in events and trade fairs with helicopters – You are organising the initiation and accompaniment of the examination process for participation in events. You assess and evaluate the formal demo process as well as participation in selected events and fairs. Project Management – You will participate in the management of projects by consultation.

Theory sits – you have a successfully completed training for rescue assistants or emergency instructors (w/m/d). Professional experience – You bring several years of valuable professional experience in the operational air rescue service – alternatively in the ground-bound rescue service (about 3 years). It is desirable if you additionally have experience as a control center component or as a system administrator (w/m/d) in the area of control centers. Know-how – You can demonstrate sound knowledge of the operational and legal framework of non-policy prevention. You also have knowledge about structures and processes of integrated/rescue control points. Ideally, you bring a regional anchorage in Schleswig-Holstein, Hamburg, Bremen, Niedersachsen or Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Experience in adult education or in the work of the council is advantageous. We require very good knowledge of German in word and writing (min. C1 level). What completes your profile – you are in possession of a class B driving licence with appropriate driving practice (cars). You have a strong communication skills and a high social competence.
