We are looking for you as a highly motivated and enthusiastic junior shopping manager - Haircare (all genders), who strengthens our 5-person category & Purchasing hair care team. Our Hair Category team ensures that we can offer our customers first-class products in our webshop and app. If you have a passion for hair care and want to develop your negotiation and stakeholder management skills, we are happy to hear from you! Support for operational supplier management tasks within the hair care category as well as the planning, implementation and follow-up of supplier discussions. Reviewing portfolio performance through regular analysis of KPIs in close cooperation with our Category Manager and your direct supervisor. Conduct annual talks with your suppliers and negotiations to ensure the best possible conditions. Interface between suppliers and our internal stakeholders, such as the Retail Media, Master Data Management or Supply Chain Management Team for enquiries. With your interest in beauty, you will stay up to date on new brands and trends in the field of hair care and after testing their suitability for flaconi you will receive new brands in our webshop and app.

Successfully completed studies of business management or a related subject (or comparable experience). Negotiating knowledge of German and English with strong skills in stakeholder communication. Strong numerical and analytical skills and joy in dealing with numbers. Safe handling of MS Office and G Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. A good understanding of negotiations and the desire to further develop your negotiating skills would be a plus!

Full transparency: For this role we have a salary band between €40,000 and €51,000 gross per year. The offer we will make you will always be within this range and is based on your performance during the recruiting process.
