Recruiting Daily Support and Administrative and Organisational Tasks Working in application management along the entire process chain, e.g. in the creation of job advertisements, candidate administration and coordination of job interviews Working with exciting HR projects and introducing own ideas to further develop our processes Support for Employer-Branding actions, e.g. when creating content for social media, campaigns or events

You are currently completing a university degree in economics, business administration, economic education, economic psychology, human resource management or a comparable degree. Ideally, you have chosen the focus on HR and enthusiastic about recruiting and employer branding. Communication strength and a high level of service orientation characterize you. You are open-minded, creative and engaged. You are fit in MS Office, especially in MS Word and MS Excel.
