You take technical care and support of our global customer base by means of ''remote support' (telephone as by remote maintenance software) You analyze and troubleshoot errors/problems with the relevant departments You train local customers as well as in the factory in Alzenau You work with updating the machine software In case of need, You also carry out service work such as repairs, rebuilds, inspections, repairs and maintenance of individual machines and installations in Germany and abroad.

You have a completed vocational training as a mechatronic (m/w/d), industrial mechanic (m/w/d), electrician (m/w/d) or comparable, with further training as a master/technician (m/w/d) or a degree in electrical engineering You have professional experience in machine and plant engineering, ideally in vacuum coating Knowledge of PLC programming (Beckhoff: TwinCAT 2 & 3) are advantageous You communicate very safely in English and have good knowledge of German An independent and customer-oriented way of working as well as a readiness to travel (in Germany and abroad) complete your profile
