The VVaG Gardening Insurance is the European specialist in gardening companies based in Wiesbaden, Bierstadt district. You actively support the introduction of our new personal management software. You work in the personal development day-to-day business and take on varied administrative tasks. You'll focus on the further development of our HR processes and introduce your own ideas. You support the planning and organisation of internal training and workshops and participates in the creation and implementation of internal communication measures.

You are a registered student of the BWL, psychology, economic psychology or a comparable degree program. You have already gained first practical experience in the field of human resources - for example through internships. You bring strong team skills and a clear and open way of communication. You have a high affinity for digital topics.
