As a machine operator (m/w/d) in plastics and rubber processing, you play a central role in a traditional operation with a long history in the Radeberg region. In this position, you work on state-of-the-art injection molding systems and make a decisive contribution to the production of high-quality molded parts made of plastic, silicone and rubber. Look forward to varied tasks in a predictable 3-shift system without weekend work. Your job offers you the chance to develop yourself within a collegial team and, if necessary, take over opportunities.

• Operating and monitoring of injection moulding machines from various manufacturers such as DESMA, MAPLAN, BOY and ENGEL
• ensuring the quality of the molded parts produced by regular checks
• independent implementation of smaller maintenance and repair work on the machines
• Work in a regulated 3-shift system without weekend work
• logging of production processes

We are looking for

Are you burning for precise work in production? Great! We are looking for a dedicated machine operator (m/w/d) who manages his own initiative. A successfully completed vocational training is of advantage, but also cross-comers with a quick understanding are welcome.

• Successfully completed vocational training, preferably in the technical or crafts sector (admission possible)
• Professional experience in machine operation, ideally in plastics or rubber processing
• ready for shift operation without work on weekends
• Self-employed, reliable and motivated work
• Team skills and a collegial way in handling
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
