As Senior IT System Administrator (m/w/d) with the focus on client and endpoint management, you play a key role in our IT landscape. You ensure that software, updates and operating systems are provided smoothly, automatically and securely – and that our devices work optimally at any time. With your know-how in automation, security and modern management tools, you make our environment more powerful, stable and future-proof.

Operation, further development and modernization of our client and endpoint management landscape (e.g. Intune, Baramundi), on-premise infrastructure as well as server-based applications and file servers Automation of deployments, configurations and operating processes by using modern scripts and tools Analysis and processing of complex incidents and service requests in the 2nd-/3rd level – including technical causes research and sustainable problem solving Implementation and continuous improvement of security and compliance requirements along the entire client environment including proactive vulnerability, patch and update management

Complete IT training, e.g. specialist in system integration (m/w/d) or comparable qualification with a focus on system integration or infrastructure Multiannual professional experience in endpoint or client management in complex IT environments Deep practical experience in software packaging, software distribution, patch/update management and OS deployment with modern endpoint management solutions (e.g. Baramundi, Intune) Very good knowledge of modern Windows server and client operating systems as well as their management and security mechanisms Funded expertise in endpoint security (e.g. Microsoft Defender), vulnerability management and encryption technologies Experience in script development (e.g. PowerShell, Python) for the automation of administrative processes as well as safe handling of Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO) and relevant management frameworks Self-employed, solution-oriented working methods and very good German skills (C2)
