Configure content: You support the editorial support of our social media career channels and help develop new ideas and formats that strengthen the attractiveness of P&C as an employer. In addition, you plan, create and publish this content on the career channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook). Join the community: You are committed to community management and help to authenticate dialogues on our career channels. Paid campaigns: You support Employer Branding campaigns and continually optimize them. Web & Analysis: You support the content of our career website and accompany the monitoring of our social media and online communication.

Your path of education: You are studying in the field of marketing, business, communication, media or a comparable course of study or you are in the Gap Year. Your strengths: You are creative and bring a passion for social media and a sense of trends and design. You also have very good communication skills in German and English and a high level of writing and expression. You work structured, independent and with a lot of commitment. At the same time, you are a team player and you want to actively contribute and take responsibility. Your profile: Ideally, you will have first experiences in content creation (text, image, video), preferably with the graphic design platform Canva. First experiences in setting up and optimizing campaigns are also advantageous.
