Your tasks:

• Control and organization of all cleaning processes in the area of responsibility
• Creation of service, employment and holiday plans
• Leadership, guidance and involvement of employees
• Implementation of initial and follow-up documents
• Ensuring quality, hygiene and safety standards
• Control of compliance with performance directories and specifications
• Contact person for customers and processing complaints
• Takeover of special tasks according to the command

Your profile:

• Experience in building cleaning, ideally in conductive function
• Safe handling of quality and hygiene standards
• Organizational strength and structured working
• Leadership and communication skills
• willingness to initiate and develop employees
• Reliability, sense of responsibility and team orientation
• Willingness to further and further training
