Senior Project Manager (m/w/d)

You are a very experienced building manager? The overall responsibility for prestigious, technically demanding major projects is the challenge you are looking for?

For the largest U.S. military hospital outside the United States, ENGIE Germany is taking over the construction facilities for the energy supply of the hospital buildings. The new building is currently being built in the western Palatinate hamlet near the Air Base Ramstein.

As senior building manager TGA large-scale projects, you will take over the overall building management/ superstructure management for one of our large-scale projects (> 50 million EUR) and run a team of construction managers and specialist building managers in the field of energy generation and distribution systems (heat and cold generation, high-power) on site at the construction site.

ACT NOW! - these are your tasks

• Control and securing of the construction processes including guidance of the construction managers and specialist building managers
• Guided tours with representatives of the client
• Close cooperation with our project manager and subproject managers
• Certainly ensuring the implementation and compliance of occupational safety
• Correct implementation, compliance and control of all legal regulations
• Budget responsibility for the use of materials and the cost control of the construction site
• Responsibility for compliance with deadlines

Your profile - you should bring:

• Technical studies, e.g. supply technology, process engineering or electrical engineering, or also good training with corresponding additional qualification as master/technician
• Multiannual experience in the management of major projects in TGA, plant engineering or energy production
• Very good knowledge of occupational safety
• Experience in handling international customers and good English skills (B2)
• Good communication skills and high cooperation and team skills
• High nationwide readiness, driving licence class B
