You drive process improvements and act as an interface between HR, Finance and IT to implement effective SAP HCM solutions You support the Payroll department in carrying out monthly payrolls, accounting and legal reporting You analyze requirements, design and implement solutions in SAP HCM payroll and time management as well as in SuccessFactors modules You ensure compliance with legal requirements, especially in German labour and tax law You create and maintain relevant documentation such as specialist concepts, process descriptions and test cases You provide technical support (1st & 2nd level) and provide training for HR users You take responsibility for projects and work with international, cross-functional teams You act as a specialist and mentor for Junior Analysts

Successfully completed studies in business informatics, business management with IT focus or a comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience with SAP HCM Payroll and Time Economy (On-Premise) as well as SuccessFactors Employee Central (Cloud) Knowledge of other SAP HCM modules (OM, PA) and German tax and social security law Experience in configuring SAP time management (Schemas, Cycles, PCRs). Ability to read/debugging ABAP code and create functional specifications SAP certifications in Payroll, Zeitwirtschaft and Employee Central are beneficial Additional knowledge in SuccessFactors modules such as Recruiting, Onboarding or Performance & Goals are a plus Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Self-employed, careful and targeted working with a high self-initiative Embossed communication skills, customer orientation and safe occurrence. Analytical thinking, project management experience and knowledge in tools such as LSMW, Jira, SAP Solution Manager ChaRM and Cloud ALM are of advantage
