As a Fraud & Risk Interface Manager at E-Com (all genders), you are the central interface between our internal teams and external partners. You keep our processes running – from payment and monthly accounts to contracting and data protection to Fraud & Risk Management. Management & Development of Fraud /Risk & as well as data protection related topics Controlling and controlling legal issues in the contracting of e-commerce including the responsibility for legal innovations Monitoring of invoice and payment accounts Permanent Examination & Optimization of Fraud & Risk Management Contact person for data protection topics and their control Introduction of a control system in processes such as the return acceptance filling Close cooperation with the internal & external interfaces Analysis of Process Structures & Development of Process Optimizations Calls for proposals from new external partners

A completed study of business management, business informatics or comparable training Professional experience in the organizational field as well as controlling processes First experience in contracting, data protection or/& Fraud & Risk Management Good communication skills & first experience in cooperation with agencies A high self-initiative, hand-on mentality and enthusiasm for optimizations as well as legal challenges & developments Analytical thinking & data-driven decision making as well as a high number affinity & a safe handling of Excel & BI tools
