Your tasks

• In our agile teams, you develop future-oriented and tailor-made industry solutions based on innovative and modern technologies in large IT projects
• You create sophisticated concepts, implement them in Proof of Concepts, product development and customer projects and present them in acquisitions and pre-studies
• You design our development methods and tools as well as our build and rollout processes and advise our teams and customers to use new methods and tools
• You are looking forward to taking responsibility, e.g. for technical project management or for software architecture

Your qualification

• Very good practical experience with modern software development methods, technologies and development tools; well-founded experience in application development or architecture and integration consulting
• Excellent, up-to-date Java knowledge and well-founded know-how in open-source environments with continuous build and deployment on Kubernetes
• Ideally completed studies in computer science or a comparable qualification as well as very good English skills for an international environment

Software development

• We accompany your start with a multi-day onboarding program in the first year. In addition, a contact person from the department is available for all your questions during your time of incorporation. In addition, we continuously and together with you will expand your technical priorities and interests.
• Platform-independent and flexible design of business processes, scalability and high performance even with large numbers of users – this is what distinguishes our software. Our current challenges include topics such as digital transformation, cloud development and user experience. Develop our modern architecture forward-looking and set the software standard together with us in the insurance market.
• We also enable mobile work, so that we can work both at our locations and remotely (approximately 50% home office). We also attach great importance to flexible working time models and individual solutions, which is why we offer this position both in full time and in part time.
