Nursing professional, team leader, assisted living facility (m/f/d)

Our clients are supplied directly in the community. For example, we support professional caregivers or household workers who take away a lot of work and make the job more comfortable in the care of the elderly.

For our branch in Zschopau we are looking for a nursing specialist as a team manager (m/w/d) for our nursing WG. The place is to be occupied in part-time (30 to 35 hours/week).

Your tasks:

• You are responsible for the management and support of a small team of employees.

• They coordinate the daily tasks and the structure within the community.

• ensure compliance with quality standards.

• They act as contact persons for the residents and their relatives.

• You take over the technical documentation of the services provided.

• You evaluate the existing documentation and create the documentation for newcomers.

• They support the PDL in the design of services.

• They participate in meetings at management level.

Your requirements:

• Completed three-year training in nursing or nursing

• Communication and organisational skills

• Structured operation

• Empathic and understanding way to meet the needs of residents

• willingness to take over various tasks and to adapt to changing conditions

• Joy in dealing with people, customer orientation

• German knowledge, at least Level B2

• Class B driving licence
