International Customer Support Manager – Italien (m/f/d)

You can exercise this position flexibly remotely, depending on what suits you better. As a customer support manager: you are the central point of contact for our international customers: You advise our customers: competently via various communication channels such as phone, email or live chat Together with your team and specialist departments, you are constantly working on improving our customer journey and are key to optimizing our customer experience You are responsible for the proactive quality assurance of our shipments in terms of duration, communication and damage rate

Joy of contact with people and a high degree of customer orientation Impressed capacity for conflict resolution Self-working and a positive, binding occurrence Very good knowledge of Italian and German (C1) and good knowledge of English (B2); Other languages are a plus Commercial knowledge is desirable, but experience in the logistics industry is not absolutely necessary
